Dinh has brought back to life our baby grand piano. He has taken it from a rather out of tune and slightly dilapidated instrument, to one that sounds and feels fantastic. This was entirely due to his hard work and diligence. I am so happy with the result. I feel I got extremely good value for money and would use him and Moonlight Pianos again in an instant. Dinh Ngo has tuned my piano and I found him to be very thorough and diligent and his prices competitive. I was most impressed with the service he gave, as not only did he tune my piano but also offered to mend the music stand, which has been broken for some time! I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU once again for making our piano sound SO wonderful! So much so that our daughter absolutely LOVES it and cannot stop playing - literally morning and night! I know it hasn't been easy as it has not been cared for for so long, however I am so pleased with the result. Not only did he carry this out working completely around our schedule, but he advised on and attended to other problems which had accumulated over the years such as double bounce of the hammers. Now the instrument plays with much greater control – probably as new if I could remember that far back! We would not hesitate to recommend Mr Ngo’s services.

Mr Dinh Ngo has reconditioned my 1930s John Broadwood & Sons upright piano and has brought back to life a barely playable 1880s Steinway & Sons grand. I am delighted with improvement in the quality of the sound. The appearance of the piano is also much enhanced. I have observed that Mr Ngo gets great satisfaction from producing a pleasing sound from neglected instruments. He is careful, diligent and reliable. I would highly recommend hem both as a tuner and as a restorer.

Mr. Dinh Ngo came to our rescue. He carefully explained in detail what needed to be done. He gave advice on how to restore the woodwork and clean out the inside, while he took away the action part from inside to mend the worn-out dampers, ribbons and leather pieces, etc...
